Please note: Please allow 5 days for your order to be processed and ready to be shipped. Snuggellow Head Quarters consists of a super small team here in Australia, we are always doing our best to get your beautiful orders out to you as soon as possible. 

Our Shipping process is: 

• we will buy our Australia Post Label and assign it to your order.
• This places your order on our regular Australia Post pick schedule that is run on a 3 week cycle.
• Once Australia Post has collected your order from our warehouse in this scheduled pick up cycle, you will see the changes in your tracking link.

Snuggellow does not control the duration of the shipping once it has been picked up by our Courier Partner, Australia Post. Australia Post's timeframes can be tracked by the unique tracking number that you will be provided with once your order has been processed. 

 

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Once orders have been sent, Snuggellow can hold no responsibility for delays, damages, or lost parcels.

International Shipping is also managed by Australia Post. Once orders have been sent, Snuggellow can hold no responsibility for delays, damages or lost parcels.
