Refunds for faulty products

A refund will not be offered unless the product is received faulty beyond repair upon delivery. 

Note, if product is received damaged beyond repair, Snuggellow will cover the cost of postage.

Snuggellow uses Australia Post as our courier partner and takes no responsibility for lost product. Snuggellow will help faciliate escalation of complaints and assistance in lodging a lost item report with Australia Post to help in the event of a lost product.

  1. Your Snuggellow arrives and you need to make adjustments - refer to our Customisation Instructions
  2. Still not feeling satisfied? The next step is to book a 'Perfect your Snuggellow Consultation'. A sleep consultant will guide you through making adjustments to your Snuggellow, tailored to your needs and comfort preferences
  3. Sleep on your newly adjusted Snuggellow
  4. Still not happy? You can reach out to our team again where we can assist in making further adjustments or contact us at hello@snuggellow.com.au for a refund

Please Note: 
These steps are mandatory. We are extremely passionate and committed to ensuring that we offer professional advice to each customer, as our priority is to get your Snuggellow adjusted perfectly to you. Our customers journey and satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will NOT issue a refund unless you have had a 'Perfect your Snuggellow Consultation' (Step 2) and we can see that you have genuinely tried to make the Snuggellow work for you.
